PP-B100 is a two-component, 95% solids, VOC-compliant polyurea hybrid designed as a primer/basecoat for various coating systems, offering exceptional adhesion to numerous substrates and performing effectively across a wide temperature range. Its primary applications encompass aircraft hangar floors, automotive shops, bathrooms, locker rooms, bridge decks, pillars, car washes, industrial shop floors, maintenance facilities, offshore platforms, sidewalks, walkways, wall coatings over sheetrock, wood, and concrete, as well as wastewater treatment applications. This versatile coating presents advantages such as moderate cure times with excellent adhesion, a simple 2:1 mixing ratio, virtually odorless application suitable for indoor use, outstanding adhesive properties enabling application over other firm coatings and strong substrate bonding, extended open times facilitating self-leveling capabilities and improved hiding power, and a long pot life ranging from 35 to 45 minutes.
